EMERGE was in NYC last weekend taking it easy, but we sent our crack Brazilian squad of music lovers out to Indio, CA for the 2007 Coachella music festival and here's what they told us after nursing some serious hangovers for the past couple of days:

5 ? Arctic Monkeys proving that sometimes you should believe in the hype.

4 ? Sweet Jesus! Scarlett Johansson on stage singing "Just Like Honey" with Jesus and Mary Chain.

3 ? James Murphy and his LCD Soundsystem making the most energetic-mind blowing-badass performance of the festival.

2 ? Brand new groups like Tokyo Police Club, CSS and Klaxons driving the fans even wilder than most of the main stage attractions. That really proves that this is an ADD generation after all. Constantly on the lookout for something cooler than the status quo.

1 ? Eva Green only a couple feet away from me watching Blonde Redhead. She was taking photos with an old school Polaroid camera. Could I have chosen a better #1?
