Brand Democracy is Spreading

Mastercard, that credit card that has always seemed a bit like the red-headed stepchild to Visa and Am Ex, has taken a page from Converse's playbook and has launched a brand democracy campaign entitled "Priceless".

Promoted in spots riffing off of Mastercard's signature ad motif, the contest calls for submissions, promising to put the best on air in the form of proper Mastercard advertisements. The site also includes a blog and a media player to watch some of Mastercard's most memorable ads, new and old. Perhaps some of those hilarious viral versions will finally get the attention they deserve?
